Our History

In partnership with Safebound Moving & Storage and the City of West Palm Beach Police Department, The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank distributes 10,000 diapers and 1,000 turkeys to local families. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank welcomes two new members to its Board of Directors.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank  is recognized by the City of West Palm Beach, Village of North Palm Beach, and City of Palm Beach Gardens during Diaper Need Awareness Week. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank hosts its inaugural Deuces for Diapers Poker Tournament.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank celebrates the signing of HB7063 which permanently exempts diapers, wipes, and other baby-essentials from Florida's sales tax. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank is invited to join Baby2Baby's national network of providers.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper distributes its 1,000,000th diaper to Partner Agency, The Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank welcomes a new Partner Agency, Hands & Feet.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank receives a Proclamation from the City of West Palm Beach during Diaper Need Awareness Week. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank partners with WPBF 25 News Surviving the Storm Series to advocate for diaper need and hurricane preparedness.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank celebrates the signing of HB 7071 which exempts diapers, wipes, and other baby essentials from Florida's sales tax for one year.  

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank continues to expand to serve 6 Partner Agencies. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank continues to advocate for ending diaper need during Diaper Need Awareness Week.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank rolls out its Potty-Training Kit Program to assist toddlers who are transitioning to diaper independence.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank begins its COVID-19 response. Over 250,000 diapers are distributed through these efforts.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank is recognized the Charity of Choice at Rhythm & Hues Rainbowpalooza: A Festival of Kindness. Over 25,000 diapers are donated during the event.

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank begins providing free diapers, wipes, and other essentials to our community. 

The Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank is founded as Palm Beach County's first, free standing diaper bank.
